| How long should my reel be? |
Your reel should be 3-4 minutes long. The person viewing your reel doesn't have time to watch everything. This is why it is important to have your best work at the beginning of your reel. Chances are that they only have time to look at the first few minutes of your your reel before they move on. |

| How much is this going to cost me? |
| Everyone has different needs. ResumeReels.com offers a variety of packages to accommodate everyones budget. Please contact us so that we can design a package around your needs. There is no need to pay for services that you don't need or want. |

| Can you put my demo reel online? |
| YES! ResumeReels.com has partnered with Explorehost.com to provide you with a complete line of web services. Services include Web design, hosting, and video encoding. Please contact us for additional information. |

| If I have changes in the future, do you keep my project on your system? |
| YES! We keep all project for up tp a year in our archives. Since it is in our archive, you only have to pay a small hourly rate for updates. There is no need for you to re-edit your entire reel every time you have a change. |

| 10 YEARS!! ResumeReels.com is a division of DigiMax Productions, LLC. DigiMax has been in business since 1998. Clients include, Lollapalooza, DreamWorks, Paramount Pictures, Amblin Entertainment, Sanctuary Group, Sanctuary Publishing and Macy Gray. |

| What tape formats can you work with? |
| We can work with a variety of formats including VHS, S-VHS, HI-8, 8MM, Digital 8, DVD, Mini DV, DVCAM and Quicktime media. If your tapes are Beta SP, DigiBeta, HDV or HD, we have a deal with a local company for discounted tape transfer rates. |

| How long does it take to edit a demo reel? |
| ResumeReels.com will work with you to meet your deadlines and last minute needs. Once we have spoken to you and we have a complete understanding of your needs we will begin editing your demo reel. Editing takes about one business day for each revision. |

| Can I drop off my tapes? |
| YES! Please contact us prior to you dropping them off so that we know when expect them. Our PO Box is located in Toluca Lake, California. We also have a drop off location in Brentwood where most of our editing is done. Please keep in mind, some of our Demo Reel Packages include FREE pick-up and delivery. |
